Hi there 👋🏽, I'm Guillermo.

About me

  • 😄 Pronouns: he/him/his
  • 👨🏻‍💻 I'm a Junior Web Developer at Sift, where I currently work on the Marketing site.
  • 🌱 I'm learning UX design and have discovered I really enjoy it.
  • 🔭 I’m currently working towards the Google UX Design Professional Certificate (two more courses to go!).
  • ⚡ Fun fact: In a former life, I was a forensic scientist and helped to solve crime using biology and DNA.

My interests

  • 🎮 I enjoy playing video games and I am a huge fan of Nintendo. Currently playing: Super Mario Bros. Wonder.
  • 🤺 I'm an avid fencer. Foil is my sword of choice (mostly because I haven't learned épée or sabre, yet).
  • 🍔 I'm a huge foodie and love trying new foods. Current food obsession: quesabirrias.
  • 🥐 I love to bake because it's therapeutic and fun.
  • 🎢 I love going to Disneyland and California Adventure and screaming on the rides. Favorite ride: Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: Breakout!
