Ebola modelling Epidemiology MSc project (LSHTM)
This repository containts code for an MSC project on ebola modelling of the Ebola outbreak in North Kive DRC. The project aims to prdocue probabilistic forecasts for ebola incidence and evalute these forecasts using proper scoring rules and tests for calibration and bias.
The MSC report will include more information and is in the report folder.
The R code is still under heavy development and will change. A live updating forecast using a similar approach toegther with more information about the approach and data sources is available at ebola.fjelltopp.org.
