Incu-stream 1.0 (initial version)

An Open-Hardware Live-Cell Imaging System Based on Inverted Bright-field Microscopy and Automated Mechanical Scanning for Real-Time and Long-Term Imaging of Microplates in Incubator

This repository involves:

  • CAD files: AutoCAD drawings for housing of Incu-stream mechanical parts
  • Schematics and pcb: Circuit schematics and PCB layout files of Incu-stream control electronics.
  • Software: Involves C codes (for Atmega328) and Python codes (for Incu-stream user interface)
  • Videos: Demostration of device usage and example of a real-time recording acquired during C. Elegans movement.
