Shop Anvil features:
- created just like a small anvil with either a hammer or mallet and 2.0kg of any metal
- only usable on ground and can be planted
- can be used instead of small anvil in all standard crafting recipes
- can be used instead of small anvil in some modded crafting recipes (depends on loading sequence)
