The .loc files currently in master do not round-trip well through plLocalizationEditor. There appear to be many changes that are effectively no-ops. These changes seem to be related to the sorting of elements in the .loc file and the usage of tabs vs spaces. A linter action for alphabetical sorting and usage of tabs in the .loc files may be appropriate.
