Specifically, we will flash the window on generic alerts (whenever someone sends that pfKIMsg ie text/image node recipt) and chat messages that force the KI to open (PMs)

This causes the client window to flash on various KI notifications (ie KI mail) and on PMs. Useful for bringing the alt-tab lover's attention back to the game when something interesting happens.
