Sending messages to the AllPlayers tab will result in a non-directed route-to-all-players message being sent out. This should scale fairly well.
Just in case you don't have an AllPlayers folder, don't want an AllPlayers folder, can't make an AllPlayers folder... Whatever. This command will do the dirty.

Adds the AllPlayers folder to the KI and reimplements the
/systemcommand. Only useful on internal clients.
