- When resuming from an existing working directory
- Includes only the `-basescale 1` fix and not the move to `mri_coreg` as discussed here nipreps/fmriprep#2607 (comment)
- New version of `pip-compile` changes git repository dependencies from "git+https://" to "fmriprep @ git+https://", meaning that they now include spaces. This breaks the bash `for` loop, so we are now using a `while` loop instead - Allow `conda-forge` as a source for package installs
- Will automatically update Python versions
