The message that it was making was: "Welcome to UNIT3D. Powered By Powered By UNIT3D Community Edition v7.0.0."
Categories require a parent of null, which means we need the form value to be an empty string, which prevents us from making the form required.
Remove the "Powered By" from the ArticleTableSeeder.php to remove duplicated words from unit3d.php
