arsenic is a great library. You can make it available in pypi

I absolutely plan to put this on pypi but there were licensing questions to be sorted out before that.

I've released 1.0.0.dev1 to pypi. Note that this library is still quite young and I will likely change everything at some point and quite possibly most of it is broken. For that reason pip install arsenic won't work, you either need pip install --pre arsenic or specify the exact version to install. Good luck!
