Print/Share Activity Report

User story:
As a specialist I want to be able to share and print a report in any status with users (inside or outside of the Hub) so they can stay connected with the work.

Acceptance criteria:

• users can generate an uneditable, print-ready version of the report
• users can print draft and approved and submitted reports
• the exported content is formatted to include:
  • headings
  • All accordion sections expanded
  • Displays the list of attached file names
  • header with grantee and grant number
  • bypass empty fields
  • include name and role of report creator at beginning of report (with collaborators - nice to have)
  • includes report status ("Draft", "Approved" or "Submitted)

Hmmm, wondering if the "header with grantee and grant number" requirement means an every-page header? Currently, the grantee information is near the top of the first page already...

I don't think so, but @PatricePascual-ACF can you verify?

Per today's standup, we won't do custom repeating/every-page headers, but use the the built-in browser functionality for every-page headers that can show the report's URL, which contains the report ID.
