TTAHUB will maintain a Smartsheet form, linked from within the TTA Smart Hub for users to request help and report issues.

Monitoring

The TTAHUB PO and GTM will monitor the help sheet, and coordinate with each other to take care of issues and/or delegate such to an appropriate party.

Updating

These policies and procedures shall be reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure that help requests are addressed in a timely manner and adjustments will be made if they cannot be.
