It is a localisation issue with systems that use a "," instead of "." as decimal places in numbers.

Do you have any quick fixes for the localization issues?

The "Localization-Fixes" branch fixes all tests and Winamax localization. This issue with Fulltilt was in an old version of the hand parser.
