Missing R package 'ifultools' in jupyterlab docker container #22

Induced by an update of the docker base container 'jupyter/datascience-notebook:ubuntu-22.04', the gcc compiler used by R was also updated, which revived the known issue with compiling 'ifultools' (#3). Since conda is available in the docker base, the compilation will be avoided by installing 'r-ifultools'.

Just update your git repository with git pull and rebuild the docker container.
