During docker build on MacOS M1, the conda installation if 'r-ifultools' fails, because it is not available in the conda-forge channel. The conda installation was coming by issue #22. A workaround for MacOS M1 is to change the docker base container to 'ubuntu-20.04' and to reverse the commit ea699d2.

A general solution for 'ifultools' is highly desired.
