rendering of contained resources needs improvement

For example - a DiagnosticReport with contained Observations (Sorry, but I have a legacy problem). The Observations are now listed in the narrative with hyperlinks. But the hyperlinks do not exist. That is to say the Observations are not displayed in a way that the hyperlink could target.

Note that the DiagnosticReport rendering does have a table of the Parasitology Remarks, with hyperlinks. But the hyperlinks don't go anywhere.

note discussion of this issue is just the last few interactions, as the crash was taken care of in 1.6.11 IG build; but now the rendering problem.
