[FEATURE]: add --color option to 'buildtest buildspec find' to color table output of any of the commands

Similar to buildtest report --color that was implemented in #1207 we can do something similar for buildtest bc find --color to color output. This can work for any table output except for buildtest bc find --helpfilter and buildtest bc find --helpformat. Also this should not work with --terse format which prints in machine readable format.

We may want to extend this to buildtest bc find --color invalid to print invalid buildspecs that are printed in table format.
