codecov bot notification to slack channel

Current configuration as per v0.7.5 is the following

codecov bot is not notifying slack channel on pull request. Need to look into this

Right now it doesn't make sense to add this. This was removed in commit 56ebc7f

GitHub + Slack notification is showing the codecov notification in the PR so it is not necessary to get separate notification from codecov bot.

Here is a screenshot from a PR which link to codecov report covered as part of checks.
