Remove transit passengers and bikes from vehicle kms #364

This PR removes transit passengers and bikes from result file vehicle_kms_vdfs_areas.txt. In other files, the assignment class is specified, so I left them there.

The same bug is in the master branch, but the code has changed so much that I would need to do a separate fix for that.
