Create GH groups to simplify communication

As a contributor to HTBox, I'd like to be able to communicate efficiently by pinging group of people and not individuals explicitly for things like

• PR reviews. Example: @HTBox\pr-reviewers
• Questions partitioned by expertise (testing, DB, web-app, mobile-app, etc.). Exmaple: @HTBox\webapp, @HTBox\mobileapp, @HTBox\db, @HTBox\general-questions, etc.

As a contributor, having this list removes the need to ping multiple individuals in hope of getting attention.

This is a great idea and I will work on it. Unfortunately you can't invite non-org members to groups in GH so I need to play around with that. This is one of those cases where full open source gets a little messy in the circles of security/authorization in orgs and repos on GH.
