ILMerge assemblies into a single Exe

Makes it easier to give someone the exe

ILMerge is not able to merge WPF assemblies. (http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/people/mbarnett/ilmerge.aspx)

Have found a couple of workarounds :

• add dlls to project as embedded resources (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/microsoft_press/archive/2010/02/03/jeffrey-richter-excerpt-2-from-clr-via-c-third-edition.aspx) - not good enough because it should be done manually.
• the way to do the same thing automatically - http://www.paulrohde.com/merging-a-wpf-application-into-a-single-exe/

But have bumped into a problem - native binaries could not be added in such way. Have to find a way to add git2.dll to exe

We could embed git2.dll and extract it on first run.
