v4.204.1 Analytics updates

Housekeeping release for our analytics tracking. Various events were removed, renamed, or had properties modified.

Most notably, tracking for task creation and scoring on ordinary user tasks (as opposed to Challenge and Team tasks) was moved to the client and limited to 2 hits per event/day/user via counters in local storage.
