add a favicon #38

It doesn't look very good, but maybe this issue could be a good place to add ideas, and we can go from there. |

Personally, I would suggest something more squared. |
We could use the favicon from Amsterdam or Copenhagen. Otherwise maybe just the letters HYF in Belgian colors? That can be squared and could be recognizable at favicon size |
I would go for the same as Copenhagen and Amsterdam, which is the logo in
small (without the Belgian flag in it).
Our original logo is not squared, so I'll ask them for a .png.

the site currently doesn't have one, and it's a nice bump in lighthouse.
I very quickly made one up, that's just the "H" in the Belgian flag colors, but really anything would be better than nothing.
