Pass bounce_id when joining remote servers #291

Our joinRemote function isn't passing bounce_id ahead for two reasons:

The current server join signature doesn't include it.
It's currently an optional field for AccountChannel onJoin remote servers list.
No documentation on what do to if it's not present.

Very easy task (maybe 15min), but we're depending on you to fix that @renatomassaro 😄
