While the change is technically warranted, the user in question is just spamming commits in an apparent attempt at being seen as a prolific contributor with what are actually very low-effort contributions. I am closing this as I do not think we want to encourage this sort of behavior.

Not saying you are wrong, but what's the harm?
There are very few people, if anyone at all, actually engaging/helping in anything remotely like this for the Horde. Maybe this guy might eventually commit something more significant, who knows. Sure, he seems to have an EXTENSIVE record (just looked into it a little) of doing the absolute minimum necessary to feature in any project, but is this something that affects the Horde in a negative way? Honest question, really.

Low effort changes still require time to review and accept but for little real benefit. Bona fide efforts, rather than automated attempts at getting faux reputation, are always welcome regardless of scope. Merely trying to get a commit credit is not in the spirit of the project, in my view. As you can see above they are very evidently not trying to help out in a directed, well meaning spirit.
