Shows "weirdo" character for things like ä, ö, ü

While it doesn't seem to solve my ö,ü,ä issue, first step is to compile the stuff under "add-ons/encoders" as SHARED, then move them to "add-ons/encoders/" in the FTPPositive binary folder. Then the "Encoding" menu will be populated.
