q_velest

Velest processing routine for several input model

1. Copy model file into "input/mod" folder
2. Set standar control on "base.cmn"
3. Place phase data to "phase.cnv" and station data to "station.dat" (Velest accepted format)
4. Run_Velest() from python >= 3.6 with option: itrmax=5, invratio=1, time_out=120, and option to run set iteration with layer width adjusment (itr_set)

Output is gmt plot file to plot using q_plot
