First pre-release version of MultiStompController:
- Core functionality of ZoomIf is implemented.
- ZoomController reacts to PatchChange, FocusChange, SetEffects, SwitchOn, SwitchOff on Channel 1.
- MidiController passes all incoming data from Channel 2.
