Using the xgcomms interface on Ubuntu 21.04 causes PTT to be asserted due to it's use of RTS PTT.
Short term solution is set up WSJTX with RTS PTT on the same com port.
Long term need to figure out how to turn of RTS/DTR on Linux -- FLRig seems to do this so need to steal some ideas from there.

ser_open now sets rts and dtr low on startup
