TS-450 powerstat failing

I just updated our hamlib package to 4.5.3 in Mageia and also updated to
wsjtx-2 6.0 at the same time.

Now klog and wsjtx are broken with my radio at least!

If you want more info please ask and I will create some more logs as usual.

It's strange that freqMainA=14299390 (which is correct) yet:

rig_powerstat is not on = 0 is that logic reversed?
