Improve Yaesu ID; verification

Currently all commands in newcat.c are "verified" with an "ID;" command (and Kenwood but still need to test that).
It would be better to use a single semicolon to get the "?;"reply but not all Yasue rigs do this. This will be quicker than using the ID; command. So far we know
