Need to change async_data_enabled to default to on in order to handle rigs with transceive enabled properly.
Some amplifiers use transceive mode on the rigs so having this enabled by default now should be the best solution. Probably won't be anybody that wants to turn it off. This also helps with gpredict when twiddling the VFO knob.
