I followed the Flathub installation method from the handbrake homepage on my Fedora 36 (x64) workstation.
I then followed up by installing the media addon for enabling intel QSV
My hardware is Intel i3-12100.
On this same machine, I have also installed Windows on dual-boot and under that I can see qsv_h265 under video settings and it works as expected too, but fedora fails to replicate the same.
Since this is a Flatpak installation, I don't know what else could I potentially do to ensure it detects Intel QSV and just works.
