Hardware Decoding not working for Nvidia #5569

Problem Description

When using the remote process, Hardware decoding is not operating due to a lack of a pre-encode scan.

Windows 11

What version of HandBrake are you running?

1.7.1

Where did you download HandBrake from?

This should now be fixed.

It will be available in a development build ( https://github.com/HandBrake/HandBrake-snapshots ) later this week and be included in the upcoming 1.7.2 release.
