V1.8 won't install #6057

Problem Description

I installed 1.7.3 yesterday and worked fine. Today v1.8 fails to install. (HandBrake-1.8.0-x86_64-Win_GUI.exe )
Handbrake.worker.exe aborts the install with an "Error opening file for writing.
I did install Windows Desktop Runtime 8.0.5

OS: Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19045.0
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) W-2125 CPU @ 4.00GHz
Ram: 130744 MB, 
GPU Information:
  NVIDIA Quadro M4000 - 31.0.15.3667
Screen: 1920x1080
Temp Dir: C:\Users\ATSComms_Dell1\AppData\Local\Temp\
Install Dir: C:\Program Files\HandBrake\

Sounds like you may have had a worker process still running in the background.

Reboot or kill via task manager, then re-install.
