Provides code for productivity-diversity analyses for vascular plants in Ireland. Plant data is available on request from the NBDC and productivity data was derived from MODIS. These analyses are currently under review.
File vascular_evi.csv holds processed EVI,biological records and CORINE land cover data ready for analyses.
