BRITE hierarchy from json to R dataframe
Hacky solution to creating a brite hiearchy as dataframe in R.
The hiearchy is retrieved as json from KEGG orthology

I have not found any better solution to manipulate a nested list and thought this might be helpful for this very specific purpose. I'm sure there is a better solution, but sometimes you just want it to work.
