On image or video submissions it is very easy to accidentally click the username or subreddit name which causes the user profile or subreddit screen to open up instead of the post.

It would be nice if there were an option to disable this method of navigation (and have any click go to the post), as users can easily long-press a post to jump to the subreddit or author page instead.
