These fix a crash/texture error in the Forest Temple outdoor areas.

Credit to @Rozelette for the brains behind this one, I just happened to have a way to breakpoint the OTR generation process to point us where we needed to look, they gave me most of the actual correct values to swap in here. |

These fix a crash/texture error in the Forest Temple outdoor areas. The texture bug is technically in Khan but does not crash there and requires an OTR regen to fix, so it will have to go in to develop.
