NEAR creators are looking for an easier way to update their json files, added some basic support for them.

This is in line with the NEP171 standard used for NFTs on NEAR.

For NEAR folks looking to use this PR:

• clone repo
• npm install
• npm run build
• manually update config.js so that const network = NETWORK.near;
• npm run update_info
