refactor: log errors on the format the log-manager expects instead of sending error messages to SQS directly #35

Currently, after #34 is merged, we are sending alerts to the SQS queue directly

This is not optimal because we don't get the benefits from the alert manager (anti-spam and log whitelist)

We should refactor the logging mechanism to output logs to stdout on a format the log-manager understands and let it decide when to alert us on slack
