• ig.json file - generated by python script definitions.py in the ig-filebuilder folder based upon the definition.csv in the [source] folder.
• temp, qa and txcache folders
• dependency files (right now just uscore and ccda on fhir)
• ig.json file which is generated by python script based upon the Definition csv in the source file.
