Add debug logging option to HSTracker

Hi,
Me and maybe other HS Tracker fans would love to ease the burden of fixing the bunch of bugs that are listed here (but probably most of us aren't coders).
So I'd love to propose a debugging option to HS Tracker that would help do half of the work in identifying why an issue exist.
I don't mind uploading a debug file (or maybe making it paste-able / auto upload) when an issue appears alongside the description of the issue.
Nor would I mind for some debugging info to appear on the screen if this helps track a particular problem.
