Contacts

Overview

Contacts are basically simple contact information including all the necessary data, that is needed from a customer during a reservation or Walk-In. This chapter gives you an overview of how to use contacts, creating and editing them.

Prequirements

• The Roomix hotel software must be started and you have to provide a valid user/password combination to authenticate yourself to the system. If you don't know how to login, please take a look at the corresponding page: How to login
• You need to be part of a user group, that has access to Contacts. You can look this up in the following section: How to check user permissions
