Alpha Release UI Version

Its time, to release the first Alpha of the UI Version of the SMM1 Level Downloader.

U can either unzip the .zip File and Start the .exe or U can build the sourcecode yourself if u know how it works using "electron-packager" from nodejs.

I will upload tmr or the following days a Video how to install and use the stuff, just to clarify questions.
