[Fix] Beta 2 Fixes

Fix some issues we found during the first tests for the new beta:

• Login with Webview not working properly
• Logged in Status not changing after logging out
• Empty library after logging out of a currently selected store
• Add Quit button again but only for Steam Deck Gaming mode.
• Show the Search Bar autocomplete only after start typing.
• Wrong spacing on Tools > wine version and prefix
• Individual library refresh still not working as it should

• Tested the feature and it's working on a current and clean install.
• Tested the main App features and they are still working on a current and clean install. (Login, Install, Play, Uninstall, Move games, etc.)
• Created / Updated Tests (If necessary)

Those all look good so far.

Not at all a huge issue, but would it be possible to reduce this spacing between the "Played Recently"/"Favorites" and the game list?
