描述

没啥影响，PCL提示要反馈

重现步骤

1、向PCL导入音乐，设置为启动游戏播放
2、安装必剪桌面版，导入music文件夹里的音乐
3、必剪导出视频完毕，到发布界面（注意导出完了）
4、PCL启动游戏，出现报错（不影响正常播放）

Runtime Invoke 38255#：线程执行失败：NoDriver calling waveOutRestart 见于 7407 行

NoDriver calling waveOutRestart？是 NAudio 的 Bug，技术上无法处理。
详见 #1753 #2348
