What We Did Well

  • Myrissa got much more efficient at making sprites, she got them done a lot faster
  • Sammy also has gotten more efficient with using Slade and GZDoom Builder
  • Figured out the problems we were having with implementing enemies into the game

What We Didn't Do Well

  • Ryan underestimated the amount of time it would take to finish the city area of the level
  • Because of the Doom Engine, it is hard to implement a charged attack

How We Can Improve

  • Ryan will give reminders further in advance to meetings and responsibilities to make sure the team is on top of everything
