Problem description

Вакансии проходят премодерацию. Если вакансия опубликована, то участник компании может её изменить и обойти модерацию, написав там что-то стремное.

Proposed solution

Запретить редактирование вакансии, которая уже была опубликована.

да, админ может. Только обычный пользователь не может.
