Добавил e2e тесты, немного поправил unit-тесты
Добавил фикстуры для тестов
Обновил Makefile и добавил в README.md команды для запуска тестов
Удалил некоторые ненужные файлы для бэкэнда, которые были ещё судя по всему до перехода на Nest.js
